In "A misconception removed", Mirza said he was so like Muhammad SAAWS that he became Muhammad. But, modern Ahmadiyya religious authorities say he was also like 'Esa (AS).

So, which is it? Muhammad SAAWS or 'Esa? If both, wouldn't that make him better than both?

...Now Jesus came for the people of Israel only while Promised Messiah came for the whole mankind being an ummati of Holy Prophet (Rahmatullil Alameen). So his scope of prophethood and the mission certainly exceeds Jesus (as). Him having resemblance with all the past prophets in one way or the other was because his mission as a servant of Holy Prophet was to bring followers of all the past prophets under one flag of Holy Prophet. So it was all because of his being perfect ummati of Holy Prophet.

So in this sense he had this special resemblance in his circumstances and qualities with Jesus (as) as can be seen from this very video. Similarly being the perfect ummati & servant of Holy Prophet (pbuh) who came for the re-birth of Islam

...in this age, perfect rays of Holy Prophet's (pbuh) light and acceptance of God reflected and manifested on the Promised Messiah. Promised Messiah says: "They (ummati) are so honored as God finds them utterly devoted to the Holy Prophet, so much so that they become like a clear mirror for the reflection of those blessings. The praise bestowed on them by Allah and the signs and blessings and effects that are manifested by them in reality belong to the Holy Prophet himself and issue from him..."

...So in the respective contexts, the perfect ummati in the person of Hadrhat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) has been bestowed a special resemblance with all the past prophets and in particular Jesus (as can be seen from this video accoring to the prophecy of Holy Prophet) and Holy Prophet.

@IslamAhmadiya Jesus came for all mankind, including you. Not just for the people of Israel. Take exp. from the onlyREAL account of Jesus the ones written in the new testament(Matthew,Mark,Luke,Jo­hn). There was none after him to be expected. Period. Another thing if israel is judea and Samaria u would be suggesting he came only for Isrealites and palestinians, arent u for the defense of palestinians or just in defense of them with regards to jews?.

You got the real portait of jesus diluded bad in your interpretation. Why would the jesus of the new testament send his apostles to syria greece and rome unless his message was for all of the world. Therefore Islam would need no prophet. The 1 messiah is jesus son of god and his message is for the people u refer to as muslim as well. That piece of the video where it says the jews were expecting a messiah and bloodshed, the jews wouldnt believe when he came and now u follow there lead. Way to go.

...2. Your post gives an impression as if Promised Messiah himself never claimed to be the likeness of Jesus and it is only a self made belief made by today's Ahmadis. Promised Messiah in various places explained himself to be Jesus' likeness. He even explained the points that were common between him and Jesus (as). He actually said that his circumstances resembled with all the prophets in one or the other, however his likeness with Jesus had to be special, as Holy Prophet prophecied his coming!
