aimen to that. What ever happened to the middle? These days it's either the extreme left saying we need to crush the coorperate state to save the polar bears or it's the fringe right saying climate change isn't real.
Are you an idiot, this country needs some more environment-friendly legislation. It doesn't matter if you are Republican or Democrat. Hell, it doesn't even matter if you believe in climate change - why would you not want laws enacted to reduce pollution. And though this may seem hypocritical because I rhetorically called you an idiot - but you should try making a valid argument instead of 'calling names' simply because you disagree with someones political views.
Expanding our parks, slamming companies that pollute toxins into the environment like those leaks into rivers of all kinds of industrial waste, and incentives to lower CO2 emissions...well, nuclear power would be great, isn't bad at all.
Even the most die-hard "climate change" foes would agree to measures like that.
I don't understand extreme lefties and certainly don't understand extreme righties. (Actually I do understand them: they're all nuts.)
I'm talking about 2 years ago when she voted for a two year timetable. Your right about draconian enviromental laws, but I support expanding our parks system, and providing insentives to reduce pollution (no cap and "trade") and produce alternative energy.
Why would you want to be anti-Iraq in these critical end days? That's stupid of her and all the dummycrats.
Environmentalist laws can often be bullshit. Who isn't for protecting the rain forests? Who isn't for protecting our waterways and forests? That's a given that people want these things protected and pollution reduced.
However, overbearing environmental laws which see the little guy slapped around like a bitch when they have to pay for electricity bill isn't cool at all.
This was about enviromental protection. I'm a Republican, but I strongly support our enviroment( Conservation is the traditional Conservative position). I disagree with her vote on the stimulus, but I like the fact she is pro choice, pro-civil union, and these days anti Iraq.

Typical moronic RINO. This woman aligns herself with Boxer and claims to be a republican? What a phony.
This is bullshit. She drank the kool-aid and is buying into it like a mindless fool.
