These people are all idiots who don't know how the hell computer hardware works. Besides, they can just take a picture with their camera/phone/iPad or something. The government might be genuinely trying to help the situation but you'll never be able to use rules, structure, and authority as a replacement for ingenuity, intelligence, and perspective, i.e. individuality.
