I hear you, Paul. I tried to not say what I assume most other people will be saying, i.e. "Pick me because I liked Spider-Man since I was a kid and I watched the cartoons." Even though I probably did say things that many may have also said (It's hard not to when you only have 1 minute to explain why you love Spider-Man and expect to stand out.)  I also tried to edit my video to make it more interesting.

@dieseldg: sure. perfectly pointed. but i just think those types of "hosts" are boring, and do not connect with their audience... generic. but when you're talking "spokesperson" that's what you expect- generic, "casting a wide net", if you will. for Face of the Fan and Spidey, well we're talking a different core demographic right? what better way to show how big a fan i am, and different from most? i mean, you've got to admit, costumers/cosplayers take fandom to another level. ;)
