A HERITAGE HILL CHRISTMAS
(Green Bay, WI) Join us for an old-fashioned Christmas at Heritage Hill December 3, 10 and 17, 2011 from noon to 4pm. Travel back in time and celebrate the season in a historical setting.
Enjoy a Christmas shadow play, music from local performers, historical dancing, holiday baking, crafts, Christmas stories by fire, horse drawn wagon rides ($1 per person), many hands on activities and visit with a historic Santa!

Heritage Hill is also partnering with the Salvation Army to help area citizens during the holidays. Everyone who attends A Heritage Hill Christmas with a canned food item will receive one dollar off admission. Regular admission rates are listed below.
A Heritage Hill Christmas takes place on Saturdays, December 3, 10 and 17 from Noon-4pm. Admission is $9 for adults, $8 for seniors (over 62) and
$7 for children (5-17), $1 off admission with a canned food item. Heritage Hill members and children 4 and under FREE.
Heritage Hill is a living history site in Green Bay, Wisconsin comprised of over 25 historic buildings and interpreting history from the 1600s-1900s. It is open to the public from May through September as well as special events, and offers educational programming and private event space year round.

Will there be sleigh rides later on in December, weather permitting? Or, perhaps if we do not have enough snow by now you plan on not offering those. Just curious, because it's one of those things I've always wanted to do. Wagon rides & music & H.Hill still truly lovely just the same with or without the sleighs. (My grandparents grew up on a farm and used sleighs to get around, so that's part of my interest. I have the big bells from their sleigh in my music room.)
