I can watch this a million times and still have A MILLION TEARS. Shonda I sing ur praise for writing this I was hope and pray that u do the same for Arizona and Callie cuz I am a WELL.

I nearly cry everytime I hear that line. It's just so... heartbreaking. I love this episode though. It's atleast one of the top twenty. XD

i loved the scene where the little girl points at the water after Derek tells her to use her words. You can completely see the oh sh%# moment in his eyes as he looks out into the water. The entire episode was full of amazing acting, one of grey's best episodes by far.

i love this 3 part episode...i love how much derek cares for meredith and how in love he is...it breaks my heart when he's sitting down crying
i also love when addi comes into the room...the look of shock and devastation on her face...and when she sees derek and when meredith's flat lining...it shows she really does care for her...and derek....
this episode is just so intense...one of my fave plot lines in this whole show
