  • you know what scary would be? doing 120mph with the Darracq V8 in 1904

The Darracq looks like a steel frame with bicycle wheels and a huge cast iron V8 in front. How they dared driving it 120mph on a beach in 1904 I will never understan.

  • i've seen this car in real 3 years ago when i was in Mercedes Museum in Stuttgart.

it's quite cool how much amazing historic cars they have there 8)

  • Santinolt, The first good automobile! :)

  • The title is wrong, the real first automobile is the "fardier de cugnot" made in 1769

  • @montipellier ftl bitch fords not welcome on a mercedes video

  • worlds first trycycle lol

  • Model T FTW!

  • the pakitchu sound wow

  • but it was only mechanical. the 1886 benz was the first car that used a gas engine. and by the way before the benz there were already the steam cars

  • Well yeah if you count in the vehicles that were running with steam engine. This is the first car ever built with a combustion engine specifically for this purpose. If you take into account steam engines, Cugnot was waaaay too late (Only the French claim this) The first steap propelled vehicle was built already in the 17th century
