With a rope attached to the high pulley on a cable machine, stand with your feet about shoulder width apart so that your right side is facing the weight stack. Grab the rope at the bottom with your left hand and as far up as you can with your right hand. Your right arm should be straight, and your torso should be turned slightly so that it is facing the weight stack. In one smooth motion pull the rope past your left hip as you rotate your torso to the left. Reverse the motion and repeat as needed. When you are finished, switch sides. Remember you have to do both sides to count as 1 set!
