Phrases like "Do you understand" or "What is your name" seem harmless but, that's part of the game. To "Understand" something by their definition is to stand under what they are saying... thus, giving them authority. This is nothing new and, I am merely exercising my right here to speak free.

People should exercise their rights and, not talk to Police. Once you talk to them you have entered into a legal contract that only they know about. They are not speaking English at all... they are speaking Legalese. The statutes they enforce for The Corporation of Toronto (For example) you did not vote for and, they do not apply to you as a result.
