Go on arnies airsoft forum, there's about 15+ pages about it, ive read the whole thing and theres countless accounts of people having problems with the vfc's internals (especially the switch assembly). There external stuff is excellent but internals seem to be quite disappointing. On the forum they recommend everyone to buy and install a systema switch assembly when you're getting the hk416.
the reason why it has no sound is because WGC is a Hong Kong company...they don't (well, a few people do) speak English. Whats the point if you cant understand them?
I can tell you what the screws in the grip do. When you tighten them the grip pushes against the lower receiver and since the gearbox is where the screws are threaded into it pulls the rear of the gearbox down, so what is happening is the bolt is catching on the gearbox b/c the gearbox has been tilted out of alignment. So by loosening the screws the gearbox moves back into alignment and the bolt and move freely again.
uhm, most hong kong people speak english, poorly, but if they spoke canto, i would still understand them, so screw you...lol
