  • @houldcroft89; thanks, I was wearing rather large clothes that day! I generally do a 3-day split type of workout. Biceps/Chest/Abs, Triceps/Back/Shoulders and a leg day. Also do cardio when I workout, and often when I don't I'll still do some form of cardio.

  • Phantom ovarie pain? Thats odd but I'm glad that you are healing up nicely. I was wearing the same shirt as you yesterday, small world.

  • @CurtisFTM; Yeah, not like it's really painful, but it just sort of feels like they're still there. I know nothing was left behind - but I guess it's my brain not completely registering that fact.
