When I import AVCHD files they aren't transcoded correctly, because the video is kinda.. I can see lines when something is moving in the video...

@oribali1 The lines you are seeing are called "interlacing." They exist in all 1080i formats, which is what I suspect your camera is shooting. They are added in the camera, not FCP X.
They are NOT a problem when you display your video to a TV set, but will be a problem when you display your video on the web. The way to eliminate them is to deinterlace them during compression of your final project.

i have import tms avchd from memory card sony a55 to my iMac and convert with clipWrap to apple prores HQ . IS IT THE correct way ? or ? thx lot

@qatine1 Theoretically, you should not need to do this - simply copy the card to your hard disk then use (FCP 7) File > Log and Transfer or (FCP X) File > Import from camera to import the file.
