How to hide an icon: (My Way)
Click on Properties > Customize > Change Icon.. > Scroll a
little bit and you find a blank spot, click on it. then save everything
and you're done! (i don't know how to hide the text.)

@OliverVanamets But all my friend are dumb and would not know how to get them back. If you have stuped friends it might save some time.

@pd3331 ARE YOU DUMB? This hole "shit" is because then you can't get the icons back with just: right click -> view -> show desktop icon. Then you have to do all that "shit" again. That's the point of a prank. Your victim can't get those icons back so easy.

creat ur damn NEW FOLDER change the name to ALT 0160 and the Folder namde will be invisible,, then go change he icon , there are planety of options, u can choos a blank ICON, there u go, a STUPID DAMN INVISIBLE fucking folder !

You can also go to your Task Manager and under the tab Processes you end the following proces: explorer.exe!

why not just right click the desktop, click view and uncheck show desktop. That other shit is too hard and useless
