@xxembrassemoixx Some soups are served chilled, but she says below that you may gently warm it (keeping it under 104-115°F to keep it raw and preserve nutrients).

i think this video missed the point, that soups dont use blenders... and the whole raw thing... BUT i only want to be able to digest kale better, that why i use soup.

I put in about 3 tsp cayenne and 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp crushed red. Spice is great.
Can I make by from adding my juiced veggies.

Why aren't more people like this on the Food channel? We need some vegan cooks, or "uncooking" vegan shows.
Yes, just warm it on the stove in a saucepan, over very low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring.

Hi,
Yes--you can definitely heat the soup! Just heat it on the stove on low till it's just warm to the touch of your finger.
