I've seen a drawing and description of these in my peterson edible plant book next to where they show wild grapes. They say that the fruit is bitter and unpalatable and that it's potentially fatal if they're eaten in large enough quantities. The main traits that'll tell you that it's the poisonous moonseed and not a wild grape aside from the flattened seeds are that the leaf bases are not attached to the stem and there are no tendrils.
