There's a company called Evergreen that makes a supertanker and if you click on marketing on their site it tells you their market: Firefighting, Oil Spill Containment, WEATHER MODIFICATION and Biochemical Decontamination...I wonder if BP called them...so it's not just military, it's private companies creating weather so there goes the conspiracy theory! Spraying not as heavy right now but enough that is going to create some weather by tonight or tomorrow. Just wrong IMHO.
