could have been so easy for bush. simple task. go into the deepest shit right after katrina and make a "no american city will ever be left alone, we will not allow this,any cost,may take years but we will win" speach. strange they didnt realize that. oh wait. they couldnt do that because it was just like in rwanda. not because of the black people, but because of the lack of drinking water and other signs of civilization. he still should have done it.
