My recorded footage.
This is a comparison video i put together showing the Turtles In Time SNES version running along side the recently released Re-Shelled remake. Both run on the same level, same character at the same time. You get to see how things are different or similar. I also adjusted the audio so that you hear the SNES audio and then the 360 audio playing seperatly so you can hear the differences in sound effects and music.

  • I think they should of sold Re-Shelled for 400ms. It's definitely not worth 800ms as the amount of content is far too short.

The original is not even 30mb. The SNES version would only be about 3mb. Don't know about the Arcade version, i'd assume probably about the same or some more.

  • can u do a comparrison starting with the intro to the game and then the main menu music etc.?

  • I can do the intro and the main menu. Don't really know what else i could compare. But doing those two wouldn't be an entertaining video. Hrmm...

  • well I was only asking becuase i know the original arcade main menu music is the song "Pizza Power" and i know the re-shelled uses it but it's tweaked a little ya know? it sounds different. I wanted to listen to the 2 and try and figure out how much of the song they kept the same and how much was changed.

  • I'll see what i can do then.

  • This game just isn't worth it in my opinion. It's great and all. But there a ALOT of things wrong with it! They took out the Terrordome stage where the 2 bosses at the Pirate Shipe in THIS remake USED TO BE and the WORST part is, Rock Steady & BeBop were the Bosses of the Pirate ship stage. The reason I noticed the Terrordome was out was when Shredder appeared AND THREW INTO THE TIME PORTAL EARLIER THAN HE WAS SUPPOSED TO! And the boss in the Prehistoric Era, the Nnja Turtle boss, was replaced.

  • aw they butchered the music :(

  • as of now there hasnt been a perfect port of the arcade game.

the one on the ps2 used different music, the snes had not as good graphics and not as good music. and reshelled is not even close to as good as the arcade.

please! konami! port over the arcade game.

    it will sell!

  • This game kicks ass!

  • When I played the demo I knew I didn't want to pay for the whole thing. The art direction is just bland, repetitive and monochromatic-looking. The original game had a GREAT look to it and this presents a true case of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!". They could've pulled it off A LOT better by being a bit more faithful and maybe using a little cel shading too. They gave absolutely no regard to the nostalgia factor which loses them a good chunk of their potential audience.
