I love this Blog, so thank you all so much for taking the trouble to make it. Please can you answer my question about being a Regular Oblate. I am now 59 and want to spend the rest of my life as a monk and as a Regular Oblate - that is, a clothed monk, but without taking solemn vows. Does Stift Heiligenkreutz have any Regular Oblates, and would you consider me? I would visit immediately to discuss all this as soon as I am free if there was some chance for me. das glaube ich, kloanskaiberl, dass du dich nicht verloren fühlst. dafür fehlen dir und mir wohl die nötige menschliche und spirituelle reife. aber da gibt es menschen, die so sehr unter ihrer körperlichen erscheinungsform und ihrer libido leiden, dass sie die erlösung davon im kloster suchen. finden tun sie die allerdings nicht, wie wir wissen, schon gar nicht in heiligenkreuz...lg

Dear brothers in Christ. I really like your videos which should all people watching them remember of the beauty of the Bride of Jesus which is the church. He loves her althought she is a sinner. - I myself want to life my life for God as a consecrated virgin and I collect information about the mystik of the cross of St. Bernhard. Can you recommend a book; or the Skriptum of a teaching on this topic which I can have, please? (Also okay in German, because I live not far away from you.)

Gut, wenn ich also wirklich fragend darf: Warum brauche ich eigentlich Erlösung? Wovon kann ich erlöst werden und was passiert, wenn ich es nicht werde. Ich fühle mich nicht so verloren und weiß nicht recht wovor ich gerettet werden soll. Diese Frage interessiert mich wirklich, weil ich für keine Antwort darauf finde. Ich freue mich, wenn mir jemand ernsthaft schreibt.

No, we don´t celebrate the Extraordinary Form of the Mass - we celebrate the Mass according to the 2nd Vaticanum - but we do it in Latin and the divine liturgy is very important to us.
