How To Make: A CS:S SRCDS Dedicated Server

SRCDS Download Pack + server.cfg

First Target Line:
-command update -game "Counter-strike source" -dir C:\SRCDS

Second Target Line:
-console -game cstrike -tickrate 33 -maxplayers 12 +map de_dust2 -port 27015 -autoupdate

Ports to forward:
27000-27050 TCP,UDP
4380-4380 TCP,UDP

To connect, look in your cs:s LAN tab, and your server will appear.
For OTHERS to connect, you must give them your external IP (www.findmyip.com) and they must either:
Add it to their favourite list
OR
Go into the CS:S console, and type:
"connect ExternalIP"

When i try to connect to my own server in the lan section it keeps saying : Connecting to server... and nothing happens, i have the green letters up there to, what shoud i do, i followed all ur steps. I also port forwarded with dmz... :( please reply.
