@sc1ffyp very interesting I figured as much so this is in latvia I guessed they were Soviet made Locomotives they sure are some large locomotives up close

@dcrails11 well, this is not GE. It's soviet-made 10D100 (3000 hp).

@gaycowboy31 these are USSR-made locomotives. The factory is situated in Ukraine at the moment, in Lugansk.
