In order to accomplish your stretching goals: Be completely enthusiastic and motivated and memorize the warm-up routine and position. It doesn't matter if you do not have the best flexibility. Set a short term goal and keep at it on regular basis with your best effort.

  • @DenisKomment Yes, I am training, it's just that I didn't start until I was 36 - have been studying TKD for two years. I am more flexible than most of the students my age, but no where near this kid.
