  • Man... give this guy 5 stars on all his videos!

  • All your videos are excellent efforts. After not playing much for quite a while they were very refreshing and had plenty of new stuff also to keep me motivated. Keep up the great job. You are very thorough, and some may not appreciate it, but it makes sure there aren't gaps in knowledge and skills.

  • The belch at 0:46 is excellent

  • Can the triplets be played at any point on any scale?

    Or just G major scale?

I'm confused because earlier he showed us how to transpose the notes of the major scale across the entire fret board, but if I play a triplet in other places it sounds wrong....

    Can anyone help?

  • Man.... what can I say - quality - well impressed. I am going to be a regular viewer of yours for the foreseable...! Great teaching!!

  • its a Cadd9

  • im not sure why but for some reason

3:01 sounds like something off of napoleon dynamite

  • Excellent ideas, even for beginners. Builds coordination between right and left hand, teaches two basic fill techniques (hammer-on and pull-off), teaches musicallity. Tie that to scales as patterns and you have a winning teaching technique.

  • what kind of C is he playing?
