did you know if you live in a common law jurisdiction, ie : Australia , you have to register with a corporation to even apply for a licence , same with signing over your vehicle with rego... unless you doing it for business you are allowed right of travel, in wateva possesion you own , as long as you not hurting others, ripn ppl off etc.. Oh I Wish more people knew the Australian Constitution & Learnt how powerful they could b if only they claim thier soveriegnity'.

1. You are not a person, you have a person existing in association with you. The government only acts on your person.

2. The government is composed of people. They are no better then you.

3. You and the people employed by the government are equal.

13. Canada is a corporation and registered as one in the Securities Exchange Commission.

14. Charters and statutes apply to corporations, not countries.

15. You have been lulled and tricked into thinking that statutes are laws when they are only so if you are a government employee.

16. If you have lawful excuse you can disobey any court order or government
created statute.

17. A claim of right is a lawful excuse and empowers you to disobey any statute, act or by law and to disobey any court, administrative tribunal or government issued orders.

24. An automobile is only a motor vehicle because the owners registered it.

25. Government agents cannot remove or provide services to an unregistered baby.

26. A notary public can be used to convene a proper court of law and be used to bring legal action against the existing courts, police and government actors.

27. Police officers play two roles. One is a peace officer, the other a policy enforcement officer.

28. They are just people playing roles. People PLAYING a ROLE. They have no special powers if you are not in their theatre.

@oaimb yes, I agree with you. They work for the evil queen and the corporations. They enforce all the statutes and policies. They don't serve and protect. They are the policy enforcement agency and don't know the difference between law and statutes. We are slaves, according to statute law. Maratime Admiral Statute Law is global. We are all screwed. @2010MsBambi They're a registered corporation, so they have to keep arresting people so they can make money. Just allow the arrest you but keep telling them that it's under protest. I'm only learning about this stuff, but that appears to be rule number 1, allow them to arrest you but inform them it's under protest and duress. Get a copy of Blacks Law Dictionary, and join w w w dot t p u c dot o r g Peace.

The rest are STATUTES/ACTS which are legislative RULES ie LEGAL RULES which ONLY become Law if CONSENT is given by you.
