Good point. I'll have to dig through my boxes of tapes to find this one, though.

I should have been more positive in my comments. I really did like your cover; nice to see a recent take on it.
I listened to this before almost every final examination I took in college -- that's why the reversal of lyrics struck me. The song really got me pumped up, and also made me think I was the underdog going in ....

So much better than the new version!

Great cover but they needed to slow it down a bit. It sounded a little rushed.

This is an excellent cover and video, all things considered, but the audio is out of sync by a couple of beats? You can tell by watching the drummer's fills and the guitarist's vocals.
But overall love it. Thanks for posting.

Yes, there is something with YouTube that makes some audio formats go out of sync with the video, over time. It wasn't out of sync when I posted it almost 3 years ago. You notice that with lots of YouTube videos. I could repost it, but I would lose all the nice comments.

There is a version of this video on You Tube with the audio from Head East ... this was not put on You Tube by Tricks, and should be removed, sorry for the confusion.

Sorry for the confusion is right. Someone took our video and dubbed the Head East audio on top of it. If you read the comments, there's a bunch of people complaining "I know Head East, and that's not them". I tried replying to some of these comments, but to little avail.

Not bad, except the male singer reversed lines in the first two verses. The song should start 'Did you see any action? Did you make any friends? Would you like some affection, before I leave again?"
The second verse starts "Did you have any bad dreams? Did you break any glass? Would you be my companion? Is there even a chance?"
Believe me, I listened to this song hundreds of times in college.

Yeah, I always flipped those around, one way or the other. That happens when you have hundreds of songs in your repertoire. Still, no excuse to do that when we were having a special closed recording session.
