My new toy! 87 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe

My new toy! 87 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe, would make a nice Targa car. 2.3L Turbo Inter-cooled T-5 tranny 5 speed manual, Posi, Ride Control, 4 wheel disc, 4 wheel abs, and this is ALL Stock. 144560KMs, never winter driven, parked for 10 years. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3357248 this is my cardomain site lots of pics and info in the car. My 5.0 never loses to the 2.3.... Cause its supercharged :)

fellas.. a 5.0 would not beat the turbo 2.3 . i assure you. if a 5.0 bumper passed the turbo coupe or an svo or .... the merkur xr4ti . then something broke with the turbo cars. the 5.0 could not make an issue with the 2,3 turbs back then,

mines not a turbo it was a 5.0 and when that got to be to much effort we took the rebuilt/modified 5.0 efi out of a mustang dropped it in and it has a little more power but it sounds a lot better and ive raced 3 turbo coupes and beat 2 of em

@bombardier9999 The Tbird 5.0's were not as fast as the turbo'ed 4's, they were heavier an had less power, even with a HO of that year i doubt it would win
