purple crowned lorikeets love honey

These are my male and female purple crowned lorikeets. They love to lick honey off my finger (fresh from hive not jar) They are the only ones I have seen on youtube but would like to hear from others who have these birds. The video was taken on a rainy day prior to cleaning their cage and I am trying to keep them as warm as possible with there own room at the back of the house. Does anyone know what shape nesting box they prefer? I have my native animal licence to incase anyone is concerned. :)

hi.. there is now a brilliant new pc lorikeet video on youtube uploaded few days ago. it shows hd footage of a wild one eating bug s out of euculypt leaves of a redgum. Like most parrot nest boxes with a hole big enough for em to slip through. budgie neophema box ..all good
