@Shiznaft1 if you try it you will defiantly want to brush the water effects on and not pour it on, but i would also do a test base to see how it effects the paints you used and to see how much or how little it changes the colors. because even using a small amount of water effects can cause the original colors to not appear quite the same. Not like changing the colors but they just don't show through that well. Also i would spray a matt coat over the area so it dose not re-wet the paint.

god i wish i could paint lie kthat. Currently my skill is painting the minis chas black and giving them green edges on armor and stuff......

@zerga303 You CAN paint like that. There is no great skill there, just a bunch of tricks and things. Once you know those you can paint anything you want. I bet you can do one better than mine. Thanks for the kind words.

Have you considered using a light coat of water effects to make the lava look wet or more molten.
