@Mrironwarriors No steroids ever! I am all-natural and all calisthenics. I eat a vitamin enriched diet rich in protein and workout almost every single day, sometimes for hours a day. The workouts that you see a part show of strength, dexterity and ability, along with making it entertaining as a way to inspire others to want to workout as well.

@Unknownz00 Thanks for the tip. If you look at the comments below, I had replied to one person and basically emphasized not to try these moves if you are a beginner. It has taken me years to build to the point where I am able to do those wrist push-ups as well as other moves. Because I am careful, I have not sustained any major injuries.

how long have you been training your wrist to be able to maintain your weight while doing "wrist push-ups"? I tried this right after watching this video (I warmed up) and I couldn't do a single one wrist push-up. Are there any good exercises to improve your wrist power?

@TheBushidovski I do not recommend doing the wrist push-ups at first. It's a risky move. It took a good year to build up to it and I have been doing them for years. I would say start off by doing wrist activation exercises such as "wrist revolutions" and slowly pressing your wrists up against a flat surface, such as against a wall. Build up the area around your wrists and start to slowly do the push-ups.

@TheBushidovski Generally, I do not lift weights. Not that I can't because I can lift weights very easily, it's just that calisthenics and body weight training is best for not only building muscle mass, but also muscle control and flexibility as well.
