San Antonio Barbecue

Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives featured Texas Pride Barbecue. They slow cook brisket, pork ribs and beef over open mesquite fires, and serve an array of hot and cold side dishes from potato salad to mac and cheese. Part of its charm is the 1940's country store gas station that was redeveloped to house the restaurant, so the atmosphere is authentic rural Texas.

Was here last week, it's very good, but I gotta disagree with their sauce, too much like tomato sauce or something.
