Because of Germanna's new cooperative engineering program, Rocio Fernandez will be able to take care of her two year old daughter while she prepares to get an engineering degree from UVa

It's not misleading at all. Germanna and UVa are working together on this. It's a cooperative program.. Students save money and stay close to home the first two years at Germanna. Then they go take classes in Charlottesville the last two years and graduate with a bachelor's degree from UVa. The point is that students get a ABET accredited degree from UVa at a far lower cost.

ABET does not give accreditation to community colleges for Engineering, only for Engineering Tech. You should change the title of this video, it is very misleading.
