Hi teacher,
Why do you not pronounce the "r"?, it's ok or it's best if I pronounce?
WTarazonaC 2 years ago
My accent does not place emphasis on the "r" in some words. Some speakers have accents where they "roll" the "r". All I can teach is my own accent which is a neutral British accent. As I have lived in many places during my life I have what is known as a "cosmopolitan accent".
My advice is to pronounce as it comes naturally to you. There is nothing wrong with having a Swedish accent or a French or German one when speaking English, as long as your message is understood.

i couldnt listen the (r) sounds
mariadelaocuenta 2 years ago
The () means that some people pronounce these sounds, some people don't. If you don't hear the sound on the video, it means that I am one of the people who don't pronounce them. The (r) means that you can pronounce it if you want to.
