  • This guy at least is not a blind patriot

  • @IDCbitchass Honesty has a way of digging on a man's conscious mind.

  • Hmmm... cAUlties counted as effectiveness? No, I beg to differ. I rate effectiveness of a military on whether their efforts reduced the effectiveness of the enemies armed services, regardless of deaths on any side or the sizes of either side. And we owe no aplogy for developing nuclear weapons (except, perhaps for the two that were used), as they would have happened regardless. And it *was* a good thing we did it before the Nazis or Soviets did. The two we used were the last anyone used.

  • You're welcome to think whatever you want, but history is history no matter how much of it the victor refuses to write into the textbooks.

  • 2:00 Let's not forget, that the illegal mass printing and market flooding of Soviet Rubles by te U.S. government, helpid with this de-stabilization...continue.

  • Victor? You know the guy? I hate him cos he sodomized my dog.

  • Bravo for posting this. I doubt the Toby Keith loving Americans will appreciate the perspective however. Greatest piece of fiction ever written?... An American High School History book.

  • I agree with the basic premise that the US foreign policy has been egocentric and an abysmall failure and the notion we should be evangelizing "Democracy" all over the world is a selfish ideology simply because we *know* pure democracies are easy to manipulate, don't get me wrong. I just disagree with his assertions anyone else has done better, in the final analysis. My thoughts are always to look at the positive as well as the negative aspects of all policies, not just to vilify the negatives.
