Dru Yoga On The Beach

I created this Dru Yoga video to give a taste of Dru Yoga's powerful, flowing style. In this short Dru Yoga class, filmed in Portugal, I demonstrate some of my favourite Dru Yoga for stress reduction. I start with the Flowing Tree (Vrksasana) which increases concentration while the variation of Salutation to the 4 Directions reduces stress and is a favourite on the Dru Yoga teacher training course.
