your really bad at baserunning

The one thing I dislike about the game is the baserunning controls. If there are runners on first and third and I hit a sacrifice fly, I have no idea how to get the runner from third to go home without getting the runner from first to second. It's not explained very well in the manual or through the game.

yea. i have the Ps2 version and every time i have a runner on third and first i dont know how to make the runner at first the only person to steal

alright i try explain it, if going home push the left analog stick to the baserunner, then click the corresponding icon like X for home, so with 1st and 3rd when the hit a fly, push the left analog to 3rd base, then click X

hmm so with the right analog stick point to the baserunner. when the runner icon is blinking on the basepath, then click the responding icon e.g going to home put analog stick to the third then when it blinks, click x (as x is home)
