My take: Worth recommending. (That's why you're viewing this video.)

Through the comments which I provide, you can learn how a webmaster thinks and sees things from a perspective of maximum usability.

E.g. I point out that the user's GUI is poorly positioned, thus certain chat features are unlikely to be used.

E.g. When a user clicks a window by clicking on the [x], they can't request a transcript of the chat. That is a failure to predict standard user behavior and process flow.

I believe this is a good solution, so I am going to tell my team to proceed with deployment. I might add some more videos later as I review other functions and benefits.
