WhT IS RESPRING?

if your phone is frozen, or running slow, (or like some cydia apps require this) respring is like the easier version of rebooting.

Instead of completely restarting the phone, you can just restart the springboard aka the iPhone's desktop

Think of it like either logging out your computer then logging back in OR completely restarting the computer
