MUCH better than the whole foods carving a turkey video. this one is more easier to follow and see... he goes slowly and that's so helpful! Also this video has much cleaner, purposeful cuts -- and he really utilizes pulling more. I like that because I've never taken cooking classes... so the less complicated knife moves, the better for me! :) Thanks a lot for this! Can't wait to cut up my bird tonight. ^__^

Thanks a tonne! I'm a Bengali and we usually cut our meat (any type) into pieces before we cook. So this was extremely helpful as I was trying out the european way of cooking chicken :-)

Don't you worry little lady. The moment Lions start to show any sign of becoming civilised, I'm sure they'll be killed & eaten by us humans, and, if we ask nicely, I'm sure this fine gentleman will show us the correct way to cook & carve a whole roasted lion, which I for one feel would be delicious...
