  • Any weight loss "system" is BS by definition, as you're stuck in an artificial framework.

Take a little time to read about nutrition. Start doing SIMPLE exercises. Try something like a door pull-up bar--put it somewhere where you'll be walking through, and if you can manage even just one or two reps at a time (or even just a half-rep!), at the end of the day, you've done 30!

Don't get complicated--rules only provide more ways to fail!

  • @frictionRx5...whats up with the liberal scum shit? are you a galactic bounty hunter?

  • i prefer regular food a shit load of it im eating twice as much as i did last year and guess what i gained weight not fat i lost a whole lot of that but muscle and height i am a teenager we are all bottomless pits and only half of us get fat from that eating different foods helps but it isn't all that important it's about exercise diets don't do shit then again i never tried one never gaining weight is good for me. now you? if your full grown you probably want to stay stable

  • I prefer WW to JC because I don't like the idea of prepackaged foods. With WW I can basically eat regular food and still lose weight. It's also pretty easy to add up the points, and after a while because I eat pretty much the same types of foods each day, it's really easy to keep tabs on my diet and lose weight.

  • @madaemon In what way do you mean that WW is an "artificial framework." The eating plan generally follows nutrition guidelines and the meetings are just a gathering of people for support. I read up on nutrition to a point, but at the end of the day, it's easier to follow WW as my nutrition info source. For exercise, WW suggests starting simply (i.e. walking). I'm not following your "BS by definition" and "artificial framework" comments.

  • Guy. I have been developing the most fabulous dieting, and trainings programmes for the past 3 years. I AM SO EXCITED! it will launch at the end of this year x

  • you have a point so let me clarify what I mean. Your experience of reality comes from within you, where else would it come from, we have 5 senses and a brain busy producing what we perceive as our reality. the illusion comes in when we put our own spin on what we experience. what does illness really mean, some people get ill and it forces them to live life more fully, that's their spin to it, some give up and become fearful and bitter and that's the spin. what more can I say.

  • @floppies So, if someone has a catastrophic illness and is bankrupted as a result, that reality comes from within them? That's not what really happened, but a delusion? I think about 1.5 million Americans this year alone would disagree with that.

  • @xJoeEDangerouslyx its like how everybody see things a little different from everyone else. We all know everyone is unique and slightly different. Where is reality coming from?? out there some where, NO, Its coming from within you. That's how it is.

  • @floppies So if you're homeless and it's 30 below, you want to be there? Do you know that many people end up homeless because of medical issues? What about those who've been bankrupted by catastrophic illness? How are those people giving their (not "there") own life meaning? Seems to me they had that ability taken from them.

By the way, people, let's all learn the difference between "there," "their," and "they're," okay? It really is not complicated.

  • ohhhh Fuck and Ass! Nice. LOL

  • @MPGfanatic What? Haha. Bounty hunters these days. Always messed up in the head. Messed up in the head.
