This is a good video, has give me some good ideas. One question though. What is the theory behind the movement sequences? It looks like pullx3, pressx2, pull, press, core, cardio. Would it not be better to switch between pull, press, pull, press etc?

Video was intended promote a GROUP circuit CLASS with a realistic first timer demonstrating. This is NOT a personal training session where you have time to scrutinize form. Based on the concept "Risk and Benefit" she is working with weights of low risk to produce an effective amount of benefit. I could be stringent and spend 4 hours on improving her form, Realistically these days clients would rather pay trainers for a good workout not to be corrected all the time and made feel inferior.

realistically, unless you had the whole gym to yourself, this isn't possible

This was designed for a group workout. There are 10 stations, each person at a station, after 1 minute a whistle blows and everyone rotates to the next station. So realistically it's possible for 10 people at our gym.
