Despite a certain brightness in his tone, which is something I personally don't like this much, I am a huge fan of Galbraith's Bach. It is so powerful. He doesn't play like a lot of others guitarists, he seems to be all about Art when he plays.

This music and this performance should be heard to all people - as this great miracle!

from Jose the Hermeterec.......689 views of this YouTube offering????? I cannot believe it. This man should be lionized, this man is genius on this instrument. Fabulous technique and tremendous feeling for what the genius who composed this marvellous creation was getting at. This is the BEST rendition of this fugue I have evr heard, the most coherent. Listen and marvel, yiou slackers!

from Jose', the Hermeterec..........I don't even know why I started this comment.....words fail me. AS great as ANYONE I've ever heard in my LIFE! This man is an Avatar. I think I'll just hold my guitar the way I currently do and will limit it to six strings.

Galbraith è assoluto, un ermeneuta, un messaggero in contatto con i mondi superiori, è un anima che incontra Dio e la perfezione attraverso la musica.
Grazie amico e fratello spirituale.
Andrea Simone
He is hands down, one of the worlds best players -- especially for works by Bach and Haydn..
He plays the guitar with the clarity and polyphony of a piano, yet retains a true guitar and event lute sound.
I've never heard any other guitarist who can handle polyphony as he does... He plays haydn straight from the piano score... as written!!! This is in part due to the extra bass and higher treble strings of his 8 string guitar. I've never heard a guitarist play works of such complexity.
