we had a dobey. he was soooo loyal and protective of our family. our dobey was old and died on the same day as my son's funeral. i like to think our dobey went on to protect my son. couldn't have had a more loyal dog.

I have a BEAUTIFUL 10 year old Doberman and she still acts like a puppy. She is so very healthy and absolutely gorgeous. She's so protective, but such a cuddly love dog at the same time. I honestly believe the Doberman is the best dog you will ever have. I love my Sammy. <3

your doberman died on the same day as your sons funeral???? that would give me more than goose bumps; i wonder if there is any law against putting your pet in your sons casket so they can go to Heaven together!! I would seriously want to do this, would make me sleep a little better....

I was born with a dobie beside me and 59 yrs. later they are still beside me! The are the best!!

My best friend was a Doberman. The most loving animal I've ever met. Not a mean bone in his body. I think it's terrible that people still think of them as being vicious. They are so not. They're velcro dogs and will stick with their person no matter what.

@MrRbn5 theyre bred with greyhounds so they do need a good amount of exercise. a sufficient walk every 3 hours is equivelant i guess. (brother of kakashi010203)
