A few years ago, Maryland had issued a mandate that would not allow girls to attend secondary school without taking this vaccine. .It is not mandatory in NJ where I live but many Pediatricians seem to push it heavily. I am an Infectious diseases specialist and our Health care is the best ,overall.But there are some aspects I don`t like , but mandatory vaccination is the worst possible policy and does not belong in a free society!

Not true at all.The government launched a campaign to give free shots to 8th grade girls. The shot actually costs money. The shot was optional. I know this because I was in the 8th grade the first year the program was launched.

They didn't even offer it to any group except for 8th graders(the free vaccine).
And you needed permission. No form, no shot.
Rules were obviously not being followed in whichever school you gf's daughter attended.

So please. Lay off our health care without the facts.

Well if MN mandates Gardasil then my daughter wont be going to school I guess. Thank heaven she is 16 now and she didnt get that shot.
