@trueone2b I use to paly organ for George Pass we use to run rival for Bishop Hardy. George was also the Minister of Music for Bishop Willis in the 90's. Is Ephram still there?
This video is very hard to watch, I grew up in the Hampton Roads area and Bishop Willis was a favorite of my family and many others in the area I'm sure. The Crusades for Christ ministry has touched so many lives over the years I thank God for Bishop Willis and for others like him.
I really miss my bishop. I will never forget the Bishop Levi Willis. But thank God he has given me another bishop with a fathers spirit in the person of Bishop G. Wesley Hardy, Sr. of the New Millennium Fourth Eccl. Jurisdiction State of Va. COGIC.
No one has homegoing celebrations like black folks...the pomp, the circumstance, the music, the drama! I think we should all remember that funerals should really be celebrations! This choir sounds good and I bet they sang their faces off later on during the service. Just one question: why is the nurse wearing a fur coat?
Thanks for posting this. Though it was brief, I found joy in it. I'm sorry for the loss, but rejoice in knowing this Bishop made it over.
I attended the services on the 26th Bishop Willis gave me an opportunity and I will always be greatful to Mrs Tina and him for that.
