Check out my new Blundstone boots here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKlv9XAtW1M

These boots have been great friends. The brown 500s have traveled all of the world with me. The black ones served me well when I worked as a chef. The brown ones while i worked as a carpenter. These are the ultimate utilitarian boots.

  • I have a vintage pair and the soles are AWEFUL. . . Is there anyway I can get them repaired?

  • @Iseeyouraining

Take them to a local shoe repair cobbler and see if they can put a new sole on.

  • Isnt that what product is supposed to do? Decay so you have to buy new ones?

  • @jordandaniels7

Kinda appears that way for Blundstone's biz plan.

  • When you first bought your Blundstones new, did they feel tight at the instep? Where the ankle kind of meets the toes. How long does it take to break in?

  • @therichardchannel

For me they fit quite well from day 1. I never had any tightness, or break-in period, with either pair I've had.

  • @jordandaniels7 No worries Jordan! Glad you're getting use to them. They just needed to get to know you a little better too :)

  • @blundstone1870 Cute! I really love mine! It takes awhile to break in because my feet werent used to boots but after that so comfy! Thanks!

  • @teppichkopf You're hard 2 track down! There may be a very good reason why this has happened 2 your Blundstones. Your boots are around 10 years old & as they get older they require more care. It is still rare 4 this 2 occur & the fact it has happened to u twice is unheard of. If you could inbox Blundstone1870 with an email address we will be happy to share some useful information. In your case, the 2 year warranty shall be extended due to some bad luck! Next time...just call us!

  • @jordandaniels7 No, not at all Jordan. The longer you have your boots the happier we are!

  • @teppichkopf I was thinking of buying these boots but it seems ever since they moved production to Asia everyone reports that the quality dropped A LOT. I hope Blundstone compensates you with a new pair or something.

By the way you could do a spot on Ben Stiller impersonation if you wanted to!
