Maybe it's just the one I ordered, but it came with what looks like arabic letters above the english letters on the keypad...I don't know why. And maybe its because there's no sim card in it yet (it's a gift for my cousin and we haven't mailed it to her yet), but after I charged it, it wouldn't turn on. ...
