i hear what you are saying but that would be fine if things didn't get out hand...too many drunks and stupid people. There's enough events in the bay area for people to do this...this is a race!

Come on, it's just a bunch of people out having fun. The people are just partying. Think how cool it would be to be a part of it. Just walking down the street surrounded by people having fun, drinking (some smoking I'm sure), some live music, some DJ doing their thing, beautiful girls (ugly ones too) walking around in crazy costumes (or nothing at all). It's pretty cool.
