Being healthy doesn't prevent you from getting it, but being healthy does help avoid complications that can lead to something more serious.

Like the doctor said, it's not the flu that kills, it weakens the immune system and then other bacteria or viruses multiply until they kill the person.

It's a stupid hoax. If it was a real threat more people would have died from "H1N1". If it was real threat doctors wouldn't diagnose patients over the phone without even seeing them first.

2nd it's funny 'cause this is all stuff we pretty much knew already...all sicknesses lower the immune system, you need to drink a lot of fluids...same 'ol same 'ol

So really swine flu isn't very different from the other flus except it comes from pigs this time. Stay clean, stay healthy...you'll be just fine I'm sure. If not, you'll go through the symptoms and then gain an immunity to it so no sweat...
