Here is a quick look at our vortex tunnel prop for our 2008' haunt. The wood, pvc, and black poly cost $200, with another $200 (estimated) on used electrical, lighting, and paint. You can find a how-to on it at http://www.hauntforum.com/showthread.php?t=13672

  • i can tell hes from up north by the way he says about. ha ha

  • @lemans24fan Yes, this was originally built in Camrose, Alberta, Canada. The South Park "A-Boot" is closer to the eastern francophone accent than our western anglophone one. Just sayin'. Thanks for watching!

  • is it your first?

  • @HowToPyroForYou First attempt at a vortex tunnel, yes. And we only had 9 days to build the entire haunt, so it was designed and constructed over a few days.

  • I couldn't agree with you more, and I didn't care for the sound, either. :D Unfortunately I had to make due with what I had lying around the house, and stay within a budget of $300 for the entire haunted house.

  • I forgot to say, I would've used a legit motor for the top support, just because the sound.... I just wouldn't be happy with.

  • That's pretty cool that a drill is powering that.

  • thats awesome

  • Thanks uberfy. :)
