im not completely sure what the song is about but it sounds like he lost someone special somehow maybe by some disease the song is really sad anyway :(

I just caught this song on Fanboys and was blown away by it. I watched Garden State because of it and am now left wondering how I could have ever missed this song and that movie. And yes, Fanboys is totally underrated.
